Shipping and Returns

How to return your item:

1. State your full name or order number in an inquiry per email to info@doorhead.dk

– State that you wish to make use of your right of return. And whether you want the money back, or whether you want to exchange for another size or item.

2. Send the package back to:

3. We will then refund the item and you will have the amount in your account after a few days.

There is a 14-day full right of return on the goods, calculated from the day your goods are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, you must return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. Shipping costs are your responsibility.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days

After the purchase and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are liable for any deterioration in the product’s value due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product’s properties and the way it functions. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.
